These terms cover your use of wavaron.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Client services

Working with Wavaron is governed by a separate written client agreement and data processing agreement signed with your firm. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on this site guarantees a specific number of replies, meetings, job orders, placements or revenue. The only service commitments we make, including the conditions of our 30-day guarantee, are the ones written in your client agreement.

4. Information on the site

Articles, examples and figures on this site are general information about staffing business development. They aren't legal, financial or employment advice. Company names, scores and dollar amounts in examples are illustrative unless we say otherwise.

5. Our content

The text, design, graphics, video and logos on this site belong to Wavaron or its licensors. You can share links and quote short passages with attribution. Please don't copy, republish or sell site content without written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to describe tools we work with.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site to break the law or violate anyone's rights
• try to gain unauthorized access to our site, tools or accounts, or probe for vulnerabilities outside our responsible disclosure process
• interfere with how the site works, or upload malware
• scrape the site at a volume that affects other visitors

We link to other websites for reference. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
