Hiring signal finder

See every open role an employer has posted, how long each one has been open, and which sit in the 45 to 90 day window when internal hiring has usually stalled. Live from the employer’s own job board, dated and linked to every posting.

A company name or any link from their careers page. Works for employers on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters.
Comma-separated. Matches role titles and departments.
Try:
Add a few target accounts or past clients and press Find hiring signals. Nothing you type is sent to Wavaron: your browser asks each employer’s job board directly.
This shows you where demand is. Wavaron scans your whole market every week, confirms who signs, attaches your candidates and runs the approved outreach. Book a strategy call or see a sample opportunity brief.

What you’re looking at

Days openDays since the job board first published the role (Greenhouse first published, Lever created, Ashby published, SmartRecruiters released).
45 to 90 daysThe window where internal hiring has usually had its chance, the budget is approved, and few agencies are still calling. Work these first.
Over 90 daysPossibly frozen, filled and left up, or evergreen. Confirm it’s live before you call.
× openThe same title is open more than once: several openings, several locations, or a repost. All three are worth a look.
Posted in the last 30 daysHiring momentum. A jump here at a past client is a reason to call even before roles age.
Top departmentsWhere the company is hiring most, so you can see whether it matches the desk you run.

How to use it for business development

  1. Scan the accounts that matter: current clients, past clients you placed into, and your top 10 target employers. Your list is remembered in this browser for next week.
  2. Filter to your niche, or paste a strong candidate’s skills to see which employers have a seat they could fill.
  3. Work the 45 to 90 day roles first. Press Score it on any role to run the open role scorecard with the company, role and days open filled in.
  4. Plan the volume with the BD revenue calculator, and see how to win more job orders for the outreach itself.

Where the data comes from

Many employers publish their open roles through a public job-board API run by their applicant tracking system, so their careers page can display them. This tool reads those public feeds directly from your browser. Wavaron doesn’t store, see or resell what you search. Every role links to the employer’s own posting, so you can check it yourself.

What it can’t see

  • Employers on other systems. Workday, iCIMS, UKG, Oracle and many light industrial and healthcare employers don’t publish open feeds a browser can read. If a company isn’t found, that’s usually why.
  • Reposted roles look newer than they are. Some employers republish a role to refresh its date, which resets days open. The × open count helps catch it.
  • Who signs. A posting rarely names the hiring leader. Finding and verifying that person is the research Wavaron does for clients.

Questions recruiters ask

How can I tell how long a job has been posted?

If the employer uses Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or SmartRecruiters, this tool reads the date the job board first published the role and counts the days. On other job boards, look for a posted date on the listing and remember that reposts reset it.

Which companies does it work for?

Any employer whose careers page runs on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or SmartRecruiters. Open a job on their careers page: if the link contains greenhouse.io, lever.co, ashbyhq.com or smartrecruiters.com, it will work. Paste that link if searching by name doesn’t find them.

Is this live data?

Yes. Every scan asks the employer’s job board at that moment. Nothing is cached by Wavaron, and every row links to the source posting.

Is it really free?

Yes, with no sign-up. It runs in your browser against public feeds, so it costs us nothing to offer. Scans are limited to 10 companies at a time to stay polite to the job boards.

Can I use it to watch my past clients?

Yes. Paste your past clients once; the list is remembered in this browser. Run it every week and watch for roles crossing 45 days and for jumps in roles posted in the last 30 days.
