Add your candidate export

Your candidate data stays on your computer. It never reaches Wavaron.

Export a candidate list from your ATS with contact, status and date columns. Bullhorn, Crelate, Loxo, JobAdder and others all export to CSV or Excel.

How the health check works

  1. Export your candidates

Bullhorn, Crelate, Loxo, JobAdder and others export to CSV or Excel. Include contact, status and date columns.

  2. Confirm the columns

We match your columns and you check them. Add the keywords your firm places.

  3. Get your report card

Grades for reachability, duplicates, freshness and completeness, plus cleanup lists for your ATS.

Gold nuggets or gold dust?

A big database isn’t the same as a useful one. People change jobs, numbers and emails. Duplicates split a candidate’s history across records. At ASA Staffing World in October, Larry Marion of AtWork put the question well: do you have gold nuggets, or gold dust?

What the four grades measure

  • Reachability: records with a valid email or phone.
  • Duplicates: records that share an email, a phone, or a name and location.
  • Freshness: records with activity in the last year.
  • Completeness: how much of title, location, skills and resume date is filled in, for the fields in your export.

Check the privacy yourself

Wait until the page says it’s ready. Turn off Wi-Fi. Open your export and run the report. It still works, because the whole tool runs on your computer. Column names are remembered in this browser, never a value from your file.

What it does not do

  • Score, rank or recommend any candidate.
  • Merge or delete anything. Your ATS stays as it is.
  • Check whether an email or phone still works. It only checks the format.
  • Compare you with other firms. It holds no benchmarks.
  • Give compliance advice.

ATS database health check FAQ

Is my candidate data uploaded?

No. Your export opens inside your browser and never reaches Wavaron. Once the page says it’s ready, you can turn off Wi-Fi and it keeps working. Closing the tab clears it, and nothing from the file is stored.

Does this score candidates?

No. It grades the database as a whole. There’s no score, rank or recommendation for any person. The cleanup lists are data hygiene only: duplicates, records with no valid contact details, and records with no activity in over two years.

How are the grades set?

They’re Wavaron’s thresholds, chosen so an actively worked database earns an A. They aren’t an industry standard, and the method is shown on the report.

Which ATS does it work with?

Any that exports a candidate list to CSV or Excel. Column names vary, so you confirm the match before the report runs.

Will it find every duplicate?

No. It matches exactly on email, phone, or name plus location, so some duplicates will be missed. It doesn’t merge anything. Do that in your ATS.

What should I do with gold dust records?

That’s your call. Old records can still be valuable, and retention rules vary, so check your own obligations before deleting anything.
